This AUD is a great way to enjoy the spunky energy of this hot show. There are many treats scattered through out. If you're an AUD fan, and get tired of listening to 8/6 dig in.

Subject: A wonderful surprise!
This is a surprisingly great audience recording of an outdoor show from 38 years ago! In fact, if it weren't for the occasional chatter and cheers it could be mistaken for a slightly muffled soundboard, with loud and clear vocals and bright guitar solos. Again, the only criticism is a "thick" sound but it is outdoors. This is also Pigpen's last show for the next three months or so and he sings "Empty Pages" for only the second time ever. I thought I was done collecting for a while but then this appears only a week ago to suck me back in!
